Down To The River To Pray

An acapella arrangement of the African-American Spiritual "Down To The River To Pray" for treble voices. This piece opens with an embellished solo with an Appalachian feel, followed by luscious chords provided by the choir. New counterpoint with a familiar melody will challenge your choir and please your audience. This arrangement can be used as an anthem in a liturgical setting for baptisms or general use.
